Lovely serum, on the fence on repurchase

First off, both the oil serum and the salve smell like heaven! I was immediately enchanted when I rolled on the serum. I always cup my hands around my face and just inhale the goodness when applying. It has a great consistency and soaks in easily with no greasy feel. I have normal skin, not too oily or dry, and it keeps my face perfectly hydrated without feeling at all heavy or greasy.
I've been using the serum 1-2 times a day and the roller bottle lasted just over 3 weeks. I use the salve 1-2 times a day on active blemishes and there is a TON left. It will last ages.
All that said, I'm a bit on the fence on whether I'm going to repurchase. I definitely had some purging at first in unusual places that seemed to mostly resolve after about 2 weeks. Initially I thought I was noticing fine line reduction around my eyes but that seems to have hit a plateau. I purchased because I'm dealing with mild adult acne (usually 1-2 active pimples, especially hormonally) and I always struggle with congestion even with regular chemical or physical exfoliation. Since using the serum I haven't noticed any difference in the congestion and not much difference in breakouts. The salve does seem to help to shorten the healing time of the pimples a bit but obviously there's no magic potion. Overall my face does feel soft and I think it does look brighter and more even toned which is wonderful. I was just hoping for a bit more resolution of my breakouts after reading the results some other reviewers experienced.
I can give a raving 10 out of 5 stars for the customer service! I emailed with an order delivery issue and again for advice on product usage and Shawnelle and team have been so incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. They made me feel truly valued as a customer.
I read every review (some more than once!) and really got my hopes up so ended up a bit disappointed when I didn't see extreme results, but it may just be too early since skin turnover can take 1-2 months. The price is a bit higher than I can usually budget for a single facial product so while I adore the clean ingredients and reiki aspect of the products, feel it's worth the price, and I truly want to reorder just to support these lovely people, I'm unsure if I'll be able to splurge for another bottle based on the results I've gotten thus far. I don't discourage anyone from trying it though! Obviously it's a miracle for some and my skin is just especially stubborn.
